  terrible service. walked in and nobody was at the front so i waited a couple minutes and still no one. then i said “is anyone there” and someone came out all rude like i interrupted something and then took my order. then i had to wait again for my order while they were talking.

  I placed an order online through the app and I directed them to the location of where I work. It was over 25 to 30 minutes. I waited for my order and never received it. I call and speak to the manager and he tells me what do you want me to do? Doesn’t refund me my money Horrible customer service horrible company. They need to fire that manager and hire somebody else.

  Most times when I order a veggie sandwich my cheese has little hair pieces in it. I usually get Jimmy John's when I'm in a rush to get somewhere like work and need to grab a quick bite, it's disgusting this place needs a safety inspection please do better.

  Need to get friendlier staff, walked in said hi and the cashier looked at me like she was bothered by me coming in, after ordering my 1st sub I decided not to order the other 4 I need and just walked right out, I kind didn't wanna pay for my 1st but didn't want to be rude
