I’ve been ordering my ice latte for many years the way I want and she told me I can’t make it for you cause it not supposed to be made like that maybe ice coffee. So I walk away and go other place. This is crazy I never ever have this problem.

The girl with the brown curly hair, back talk & had an attitude with me! She didn’t even make the order but wanted to put her 2 lousey cents on how it was my fault! Of course they didn’t fix my order or offer refund. Management needs to retrain the late noon shift, they seem lazy & high. Sad that it’s a constant problem. I prefer going in the mornings! They have a better team.
