I went back today at around the same time, hoping for a better experience. Today was worse! Not sure if they have a different cook but for the past 2 months the food has changed for the worst. Very unpleasant experience today as well, I threw away more than half of the burrito. I’ve been here in the past and know for a fact that this wasn’t how they were serving the food.

The burrito was wrapped so bad they had to wrap it again in aluminum foil. I understand new people needing to train but if someone doesn't know how to do something don't have them do it and then act like it's ok. The guy in charge should have just taken over and wrapped the burrito instead of giving me the worst burrito I think I've ever had.

While I was in line, I noticed a customer ahead of me, who was a friend of one of the employees, received what looked like triple the portions at no extra cost. In contrast, when I asked for double portions, it didn’t even feel like I got double, and I was charged extra. Additionally, the guacamole portion I received was extremely small, and when I asked for just a bit more, I was told I’d have to pay double, even though I wasn’t asking for a full extra portion. This experience felt unfair and inconsistent, and it really took away from the overall enjoyment of my meal. I hope Chipotle can address these issues to ensure equal treatment for all customers.

So unprofessional and the employee put very little meat inside my quesadilla with a bunch of cheese the cheese was not melted everything was cold I threw it away would not recommend this place !!!!
