    Only 2 employees scheduled for the busiest night of the year. Easily had a 3 hour wait. Dozens of people in and out in a similar regard. I will never go here again

    Ordered food on December 25 at 6:20pm. After paying for it, website said that my food would be ready 11am the next day. UNBELIEVABLE!!! So I decided just to keep the order and pick it up the next day. I tried calling them at 10:30am to let them know that I will not be able to pick up my order until 12pm. Called multiple times until 11:30am and no answer. So I figured they must be very busy. So I walk into the restaurant and it was empty. I talked to the to the tall young lady with pink hair. I explained what happened with order. She said that they received the order and asked me if I still wanted it. I said yes but that I wanted it freshly made. She gave me an attitude and said "that's not what I asked you". I would highly recommend people to go somewhere else for wings. I work to hard for my money to be treated this way.

    Trash service, ordered 6 wings and buddy just let it sit in the heater while I sat and waited. Wings tasted foul and old.

    Very slow service. They need 20 minutes for one chicken sandwich and fries.

    Service is bad here order 45min and still had to wait mine you they did help me when I got to store they were in the back on there phones not helping anyone really bad service here will not be back
