- XMXoandre MoatsMar 26, 20262.0Chick Fil A was never a place I knew about until the late 2010s. When I tried their original breaded chicken sandwich, I was unimpressed. The 3 total times I've had it in the past 12 years, it is always overcooked, leathery, and flavorless. The waffle fries did nothing for me. They're undercooked, not salted, and the portion is far smaller than the price justifies. This primarily has to do with the waffle cut being so bulky, it doesn't allow very many fries to fit into the container. The only redeeming aspect of this place is the Grilled Chicken Club sandwich, which is tender, juicy, and filled with marinated flavor. It's literally the only thing I get here, a la carte (on its own, not as a combo meal)... Prices are too high for the low quality and minuscule portions. There's also a the ingredient list for the fried items. All of them have more than 20 ingredients. Not just chicken, salt, breading. Not just potato, salt, oil... Tons of conditioners and preservatives... There are many reasons I don't "Eat mor chikn"...
