  I think they could've filled up frys boxes more was alittle light but the food was hot and ok and they r nice people there clean place

  They forgot my drink as wells as other customers, I had plenty of time to observe because my food was ordered at 1:34 and I didn’t receive it until 1:46. The manager runs the whole store off a clipboard and scattered handwritten notes. I struggle to believe this is the intended system to stay organized.

  It’s highly recommended to drive to the McDonald’s in Lincoln or Bloomington instead. Unfortunately, this location is the closest option, yet the quality and service have been consistently disappointing. There was no one in the drive-through and only one family ahead inside, but the wait was still 20 minutes only to receive cold, stale fries and a cold burger. Waiting itself isn’t the issue receiving cold food after such a long wait is what’s unsettling. Sadly, this isn’t a one-time experience but a recurring issue at this location. Having a McDonald’s right off the interstate in a small town like McLean is a big deal, and it’s disappointing that this opportunity isn’t taken more seriously. Hopefully, one day this location will be something the community can be proud of, with service that reflects that importance.
