  Drive-Thru: No matter what time of day,at this location, the service is ALWAYS EXTREMELY SLOW!! No matter the day,no matter the time. As for dining in: On the particular day I visited, I went into the Ladies Room. As I was walking in, I watched a McDonald's employee,uniform on,walk out of the stall and go straight back to work behind the counter. This doesn't leave a very good impression on your customers, when they witness an employee leave a bathroom stall and not stop to wash their hands. I'd like to think perhaps she wasn't going potty and instead,went in to count the tiles. Regardless, the amount of "ick" that lingers makes me pause when considering whether or not to eat there again. Combined with the constant long waits,like eternal life will take place before the order gets to you in the drive-thru,makes me just go elsewhere.

  If the owner would like to increase her business revenue, put tartar on your fish sandwich. I even asked for a fair on my fish sandwich for $5… I’ll never be back…. Better Macdonald’s in Chicagoland that don’t skimp on minor things that important for a good dining experience! Get it right

  15 minutes to wait in drive thru hold just to receive cold food. How is that possible? Two sandwiches only in the order. Both cold. Been 1 year since I had McDonald's. Now I remember why!

  ive been here alot with my partner because it's the closest mcdonalds to us. however there are THREE other mcdonalds nearby that are A) cheaper (check the app, prices will differ per location cause this is technically under a diff owner) B) they wont mess up your order lol if you order from here, there's a 50% chance your order will be wrong in some way & the employees will eye roll. so do NOT order here if it's a big order or if you want an easy time. EXCEPTION; if ur a night owl & go during like 12am, theres usually 2 dudes that work there that are really good. It takes a lil longer cause understaffed but they never mess up my order. shoutout to the 2 hispanic bros carrying this place overnight cause daytime hours are horrendous
