  This is one of my favorite Jewel-Osco's to shop at. 99.9% of the time, everything on my list is in stock. And if not, they're VERY COMMUNICATIVE and quick to let you know! Store is always clean,shelves faced and the team members are always smiling and helpful! What makes this location stand out and above are the "youngsters " they've hired. Some of THE BEST "kids" I've had the pleasure of having encountered. They're on the ball, they hustle and work hard, very polite and never act as if a customer is a "burden " to them. They've ALWAYS been happy to walk with you to show you where something is located. I'd broken my spine and so shopping was a bit more than unpleasant for me...that is until a young man(I'm so sorry, but I didn't get his name😔) happened to notice my lil struggles with shopping. He quietly stopped the assignment he was working on,came up and said "ma'am, would it be okay if I assist you with your shopping? Would it be easier for you?" It brought tears to my eyes, his being aware of surroundings,seeing someone struggling and simply stepped up and offered assistance without being asked or "told" to. Thank you, to each and every one of the "young pack", for being such quality teenagers/20-somethings:you TRULY stand above the rest!!!!

  I’ve been coming to this jewel for over 15 years… It is 9:58 PM and I literally just left after having to come back because I mistakenly left a bag on my original trip to Jewel. Now I believe I either left the bag in the shopping cart, which I left outside, or I could’ve possibly left it at the self checkout nonetheless, I called in. They said that they haven’t found anything by the checkout so then when I came back inside, I asked one of the people at the service desk, a young man with with about shoulder length hair, if the person who grabs their carts have seen a bag… He walked away as if with intent to maybe see, and I watched him walk up to a shorter woman with bangs and a ponytail bun. I’ve seen many times I believe she’s a manager, and I heard her reply as she exclaimed out loud.” HA HA HA HA HA YEAH RIGHT!” I walked away and began to walk back to the aisle to get the item that I had lost. I could hear the gentleman with the hair shoulder length walking in the aisle on the other side of where I was as I how loud exclaimed are you for real? That’s how they talk about people in the store. I then heard him turn around and double back. I continue to grab my item and go Back to the self checkout, where to my surprise, I see the Manager woman, two other workers and the gentleman with the shoulder length hair Sitting there, cracking up laughing, and I can hear her literally talking about me and giggling like it’s a joke. I also heard them ask if I was the same guy who did something or other probably another customer that they were completely disrespectful to as well and she said no, he’s too young to be that guy.. What a disgusting display of disrespect! I’ll tell you this, though they should really be cautious who they disrespect like that blatantly because not all customers would’ve just walked away. And to be completely honest if you would’ve caught me 10 years ago, I definitely would not have! We could’ve had a nice long conversation right then in there! The good news is I’ve already been making a pretty good relationship with the Meijer in town. They seem to compose themselves with much more maturity and professionalism. My mother-in-law worked for Jewel for over 30 years! She passed not long ago, and honestly, I know that if she was still alive, she would be disgusted to hear that another Store was acting like that because her store definitely did not!

  This store needs New Good Management to bring it back to life. Very bad experience every time I go to this store. This store should be closed down for 48 hours and Cleaned from top to bottom for starters. The Employees that work at this store should start paying more attention to their Job. Its just a Awful experience every Time I go to this Store and its this Jewel Only. I wish Upper Management would walk into this store and did something about it. Go look at the Produce and the Deli and tell me people care about their Job. The Customer Service Area Needs Help also. We need Employees with Brain Cells that work and Communicate with their Customers and ask them what can I help you with.
