Also, it’s 4pm and the lobby looks like the tables haven’t been cleaned all day. I had to wipe one down myself so I had somewhere to eat. Soup was cold. Not even warm.

I had never been through their drive through and needed help ordering the soup with the bread bowl. It was such a comforting soup was still perfectly hot when I got it home (10 minute drive).
