I called 5 minutes later, and he answered the phone. I ask and confirm the exact person who I know who denied taking my order also claimed to be the store manager named Sid. Says he can’t take my order. Which know he can, this is not the first time someone in my family forgot something and ordered in the second window. I asked more than twice and told him that he can take my order there, and he refused while my son is with me who wanted the burger. He said he can’t take it from that window which he can. He refused to take the order more than 4x I asked him as he is just lazy to do it obviously cz it’s time for him to go home. it’s bad experience here. Not only the drink also has ice on it even if the receipt says, “no ice”. Bad location.
