I pulled up typed in my spot number and waited after fifteen minutes.Cars were coming in after me.Getting loaded and leaving, and i'm still sitting there. So I asked the lady, why is everybody else getting their orders?And i'm still sitting here. She looked on her thing and said somebody clicked on my order.And then went home.So I sat there for over thirty minutes.Waiting for my order in the online pickup. This is not acceptable.I had to pick up my grandchildren after school and was late!! I think a gift card is in order for me, sitting there for thirty minutes.Waiting for my online order.
