Today they were out of two of the sale items. This happens often and, an entire bag of food was missing from the delivery. So, once again, I've had to ask for a refund. The missing items issue happen quite often. I don't understand how? Is the driver making two deliveries and my missing bag has been delivered to someone else? I was tracking the driver and he did stop twice before he arrive at my home on this specific delivery. smh

They require use of the app to get the visually advertised sale price instead of honoring that at the time of sale. And this trip today was a particular bundle of joy. After calling customer service over to remove one of those items that was higher priced, Laura felt the need to rebuke me by claiming, "this is the way it's going, even Walmart uses this practice." To which I corrected her that other stores do not play this price game with the app. She turned away from me without a word. After my purchase I went to the customer service station to let Laura know it was unacceptable service and attitude toward a customer. I said, "I'm trying hard to find reasons to ship at Jewel but don't see any. You corrected me as though you know better than I of my experience was at other stores, and then you walked away from me without saying a word, didn't even thank me." Her response, "for what?" I showed her my bags, and she sarcastically said, "oh thank you for shopping with us." What an arrogant and entitled attitude. It's probably the last time I bother to shop here. Managers: train your employees correctly.
