  We ordered a cappuccino blast from the baskin robbins side of the restaurant, from the start the staff was not friendly and did not seem to want to be there. We took the drink home and imagine my surprise when I took the first sip from my straw there was a triangular sharp white plastic piece that came through. I then strained the drink to see if there were any more pieces and we found about 6 total small shards of plastic. We did take video and photo evidence, we then took the drink back to the location with the plastic in a ziploc bag and asked for a refund or store credit. The manager refused and only offered to remake the drink. We did not want to risk getting another drink that could contain more plastic pieces. The staff were dismissive and rude and even went as far as saying that it wasnt possible because they did not have anything to match the plastic found. It was an 8$ drink and we had to drive home and back to raise the complaint, I understand that people have tried to fake this kind of thing but we had a literal video of us straining the drink and finding pieces. Bottom line is that they should be taking these concerns more seriously, what if a small child had gotten small plastic pieces in their drink or shake? This could cause serious injury if consumed. I've never had great service at this location but this was downright disgusting.

  Can't understand the person taking orders. I'm sorry. Being able to speak English is kind of important when working the drive thru orders. Entire order was incorrect. Was correct on the receipt. Tried calling 5 times. No answer and voicemail is full. Poorly run business!

  Can't even put donuts in a bag properly. Coffees never right and people taking orders are impossible to understand. I would take the few minute detour for a different location.

  Excellent sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwich croissant it was delicious best place imo to get this sandwich best customer service here i got my food so fast I almost left without ny coffee oops my bad dunkin I want a way to tip on my card priorvto having to drive off not doing so no option todo so id like to see an option thanks 😀 best place for a breakfast sandwich and coffee

  the employees here are always so sweet and my food/coffee is always on point. my pup appreciates the pup cups offered to him every time, too! thank you guys :)
