The only explanation this girl could give me is “I don’t know, I just work here.” Obviously they don’t train their employees very well if this Girl cannon comprehend how a coupon works. Even if the coupon is a typo. That should not change what the coupon says. That’s an issue with company Not me. The lack of common sense by this women was absurd. When I asked when a manger would be in. She said a few weeks? That’s the most concerning information I have ever heard. Because what manger in their right mind would leave THIS GIRL. Alone. To take care of this Dairy Queen. I will return. And I will get my 99¢ blizzard of any size.

I did not recognize this particular employee I encountered tonight, but this girl clearly was not taught what customer service means. When I request for an item and pay for it and it's not done correctly and I have to request to have it done right and I get an attitude about how yes it's done right and argue with me is very poor customer service skills. I am the customer and if it is not right, I expect it to be done right. Customer service is not her forte.
