Then he proceeded to mash the aluminum foil together, right in front of me. Been coming here 8 years, never had this BS. Then, later asked me if I needed sides after I told him in the very beginning. Then, I needed to hear from the young white female that they were out of the plates that split the sides. There's no reason for dishonesty, and lack of transparency for this sloppy mess. I don't recommend this location until there's new management.

They didn't even have the ingredients at the counter for you to see just had to ask from memory while he scooped it from the table in the back. Toasted my tortillas for about 1.5 seconds which I don't really see doing much. I asked for chips and queso and got the smallest container of cheese until I had to ask for the correct size. Cold soggy food for everyone. The only way to save the burrito was by air frying it at home.
