  Place should be condemned and shut down. Had a whopper there and had food poisoning for 2 days straight after. The lettuce was funky looking and so were the tomatoes. The manager working there looked like they hadn't showered for a week and the place was truly dirty. How this place is in business is beyond my understanding. Don't waste your money and go to mcdonalds instead.

  So I ended up having to work late tonight… Got a little bit of a sweet tooth and decided I wanted to get like a chocolate shake or a mocha frappe or something like that… I then proceeded to go to all three McDonald’s within McHenry and all three of them told me that apparently their machines are broken or just not working… worked at a McDonald’s and a Burger King when I was younger I’m not dumb. And don’t worry, they will also be getting their reviews. I come to Burger King for them to save the day… And then the guy gets on the speaker and literally tells me that he cleaned the machine already so I cannot have one! Are you kidding?! You’re open till 12 AM! I was there at 10:38 PM! Is that how it goes? What other things aren’t available on the menu just because you felt like cleaning up early?! Garbage service anyway and terrible attitude the guy wasn’t apologetic or even polite about. He was actually pretty snarky and condescending. Not that anyone cares cause honestly I’ve told you guys about your service a bunch of times and nobody ever does anything about it or ever tries to make up for anything. You just end up wasting your money. Terrible place.

  Drive thru order. Got the smokehouse burger (I think that’s what they call it) meal with a coke. Fries were salty but edible. The sandwich has to be the most toxic sandwich I’ve ever tasted. Nothing about it tasted like food. The coke was terrible too! Mostly seltzer water. Awful meal. I guess I should have known better. Won’t be coming back. $12.00 thrown right in the trash.

  Impossible Burger with Swiss cheese was great. One of the best I've ever had. Large fry was good. Unsweetened iced tea was a little off. Came out of one those "jack-of-all master of none" machines. Probably needed to spew some out before I put my cup underneath. When we walked in we got a blast of grease smell, it was stronger than the flame-broiling smell. We sat and ate in the play ground room. Far less greasy smell.

  Terrible terrible worst bk I’ve been to. Encountered an issue back in 2020 I can see nothing has changed because I came back 2025 and nothing has looked like it changed Got to the drive through as my children have been wanting to try the SpongeBob meal ordered two SpongeBob Kids meals as I’m driving away, I noticed she only entered one of them in once I got to the window. I told her I noticed you only put one of the happy meals in. I ordered two can I purchase two she said yeah that is fine. Took my card I paid And she said it would be out in a minute about five minutes, passed by and she comes to the window and says you’re all set with only one of the kids meals and I said can I get another one and she said actually no I’m not able to. I have more people in line behind you. ???? To which I said I ordered two at the speaker and even when I got here I said I ordered two at the speaker. I saw You only put one. Can I get another one and you said yes she called someone they came and she said okay and I bought the second one. In addition to the fact the fries where cold and hard! Please hire that will know how to do there job because customer service isn’t for everyone and it’s not the first time I’ve had bad experiences here Will not be back any longer
