A young gentleman named Max took me through the whole store to help me find all the things on my Christmas list. I had no idea where any of these items were in the store. He was so knowledgeable and helpful and even helping me watch my budget. Then when I was checking out, he saw that I had two big boxes and a broken arm. He came up to me and offered to bring them to the car and load them in the car for me. It was really nice to meet Max and I want you to know that he is an excellent employee. He made my experience in the store wonderful.
