  Not sure what happened but the grilled cheese sandwich we ordered was literally two pieces of warm sourdough bread and cold slices of cheese.

  So I just left the drive-through, crazy experience to say at the least. I went to order their new dirty soda/refreshers, and I wanted to add vanilla cream foam to the top of mine. She went back-and-forth with my fiancé for about a minute, basically telling us know after convincing and changing the "sparkling water" to lemonade she finally said... and I quote "whatever what else do you want?" Are drinks were not the size that we ordered, the amount of our bill changed three different times, and even after that, she forgot to charge us for my mini bagels, so I had to do another purchase.. we ended up having to turn around 10 minutes later because my fiancé's food was burnt , and his drink was completely wrong when we both ordered the same exact drink ... so not only do we have to turn around waste our time we have to deal with this woman again. Thankfully, we did go back and we had the sandwich we made. We got the drink fixed and I also got a free sandwich... so they did fix our order and they did have many apologies. This is just a warning if you go through the drive-through lol

  1 star for the reason the hours are wrong says store is open online and everywhere go to get coffee and the store is closed an hour before it should be.

  Not what I ordered and over charged me. Was rude when I tried to get it fixed. Won't be going here again.
