  Half the time I order here something is wrong with my order. They don't pay attention to the whole ticket I went in today to pick up my order I placed on the app after waiting 20 min and seeing people who ordered after me get their food and leave I asked the lady making sandwiches if they were working on mine. They lost the ticket and had to reprint it. I wait a little bit longer and check the make line again to see if they are working on mine. I noticed a sandwich that looked like mine but it had a ton of sauce on it. I asked if that was mine she said yes. I said that I asked for less sauce and it was on the ticket in front of her. She said she just sees teriyaki on the top of the ticket and put it on there. Well that's not a good excuse and she was gonna make me just be okay with the fact that she looked over the less sauce part. Didn't offer to remake it I had to ask her after both of us staring at each other for a couple awkward seconds. Needless to say I'm gonna be going in there every single time if my order is the slightest bit wrong. It's too expensive for me to be getting it wrong almost every single time.

  Worst subway around. Don’t even bother with the drive thru. You will sit for 15mins before ordering.

  Went there on 1-8-26 for dinner. The boy that was working BY HIMSELF!! He was really busy with the counter, drive thru and door dash orders. He kept his cool the whole time and waited on customer with a great attitude. Was very proud of this young man.
