  Ordered online. Sat in drive thru for 10 minutes. When I finally said hello, they finally answered. Was told to proceed to the window. At window was told they didn't have a mobile order from me. I showed them the receipt on my phone, and wouldn't you know..... Had my drinks in less than a minute. No thank you, no sorry. Just handed out the window and the window shut. Will definitely not go back to the store.

  I give sonic a shot every 3-6 months, hoping that they will get better. They never do. They are super slow, always have a traffic of uniformed people going inside, and uniformed people coming out on a smoke break or a break to talk to someone in their car. The service here has significantly declined to the point that I have no idea how they are still open for business.
