  I give sonic a shot every 3-6 months, hoping that they will get better. They never do. They are super slow, always have a traffic of uniformed people going inside, and uniformed people coming out on a smoke break or a break to talk to someone in their car. The service here has significantly declined to the point that I have no idea how they are still open for business.

  i order ahead online and still wait 10-15 minutes after arrival every time

  Hit or miss like always. Who ever manages this store tells employees not to give out drink carrier's so they save 10 cents each time they hand multiple drinks out. Worst part about it we pay for the drink carrier's

  When I went in a girl with black hair was so sweet and so kind and when I asked for extra sauce, she gave it to me without complaining I’ve went in and there were some workers that would complain about it, but she was so kind and so sweet one of the best workers I’ve seen in fast food
