I can't say much about this location Because I don't live in Illinois. But I will say I like that. It's still has the older design. I wish McDonald's would go back to this. I hate their new designs they look horrible. They just look boring in generic. Why can't they all look like this again with their french fry gutters on the roofs?

I love getting my Holiday pies and Lrg Caramel Frapee with 3 shots of extra caramel. I love how when they're absolutely fresh they taste just like fresh baked sugar cookies straight out of the oven. I love everything about my caramel Frapee. Service is super fast when using the online app and especially if you go there several times a day they get to know you as their regular. The price could be cheaper for sure. Ordering was so simple I did it on the app. online app makes it super fast, convenient and simple plus makes pmts all in one.

I keep trying to give this place chances, but staff is always rude or never knows how to ring up an order correctly. I called to see if breakfast was open until 10:30 or 11 because I was starving after class and the lady on the phone who answered gave me the worst attitude and basically called me stupid, saying no mcdonalds in the state is doing breakfast past 10:30. Check an hour away at Paris McDonalds. They want to give me my steak, egg, and cheese bagels at 10:45. Sorry yall suck, but this place needs shut down or a new owner or a manager who cares about the customers. Workers there dont. Oh- and the parking lot is pot hole central.

Let me start by stating that I go to McDonald’s nearly every day while traveling throughout Illinois. However, this has got to be the worst experience at McDonald’s I’ve ever had! I went into the bathroom, and it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days. No toilet paper or paper towels, which really makes me worry about the employees preparing food there. I had already placed a mobile order on the app for counter pick up, but they gave me the wrong sandwich. When I asked the lady behind the counter to correct it, she was very rude and said she could only provide what the app listed. I tried to show her that what I had ordered clearly wasn’t what I was provided, but she began acting even more rude with her comments. She then began ignoring me and helping other customers instead. Listen, I know everybody can have a bad day at work from time to time. I totally understand that. But to take it out on other people, especially your customers, is just not acceptable at all. The cleanliness of the restaurant has to be addressed, but the customer service here is even more disgusting.
