- WNWendy Ni'chole6 days ago5.0I had to leave a review due to the wonderful service I received from Kay P ( team manager) at the Matteson IL location. I decided last minute to stop in and study. I wanted soup however I was informed that the coupon I had only applied towards a full entree( I wanted the pick two). I opted for a sandwich. After the second bite, I knew I should have ordered the soup. I went to the cashier and was told that I needed to speak with the service side. When I went back over, Kay P immediately asked what was wrong and I apologized that I honestly would prefer soup ( there was nothing wrong with the sandwich). Kay P was so nice and understanding. I told her that I had been stressed studying and that I was so sorry that I had changed my mind. She was so kind, understanding and did not make me feel bad about wanting to change my order. Sometimes it's so rare to receive great customer service these days because staff will make you feel as if you're inconveniencing them. Thank you Kay P for such wonderful service and your kindness!

I get to work , I open up my bag and NO SOUP. You call the store between 12-1 and they’re busy so I wait, I call at 1:30 and no answer . What is up with this store ? I couldn’t return to complain, I have work . Ridiculous
