  Consistently disappointing. Idk how hard it is but this location lets me down every time I try them. I love Jimmy John’s, just not this one

  Siniya (however you spell her name) and Heaven have no customer service skills at all. Maybe that’s why this is their job to learn but not helping in their case. Not attentive to customers and very rude. Asked siniya if I could have my bacon toasted twice and she wouldn’t do it no explanation just no. Yet I’m a paying customer. Asked for their names and they laughed as I walked away. James the manager doesn’t care at all how his employees act at work and it shows. Getting my money back from corporate.

  I came in to order food, the young lady at the register took my oder in a timely manner and as I waited for her to prepare my sandwich I saw another young lady( short and dark skin) rolling what looked like Marijuana in rolling papers near the kitchen. Very unprofessional in my opinion, that should not be going on inside the restaurant. I will not be going back to this location.
