  One thing is for certain, two things for sure, I wont be back at this location. It is the worst and literally a problem every time I go. I stopped going all together. Even though it’s closer to me than the Tinley location, I go out of the way to go to Tinley for my peace, for good customer service, and at the bare minimum, to get my order correct. Today (4/2/26) I only gave Matteson a chance because it is late, and Tinley is closed. I already told my dad I would pick him up some Chipotle, or I just wouldn’t have went at all. That’s how terrible the Matteson location is. Against my better judgment, I gave them another chance. My order stated a pickup time at 10:20pm. I arrived at 10:28pm, and mind you, the app had a status update of the order being ready by the time I arrived. I get to the pickup area and confusion unrests between the workers when I tell them my name and that my order is ready. Then they challenged whether I had ordered and asked for my name again and then asked me to spell it. I did this several times while they still questioned if I even had an order, and then by some happenstance, my order, which was slated as ready for pickup, was now found on their end in the computer and “never printed”. I was very patient and understanding and asked for comp’d vinaigrettes for my two bowls since I had to wait. I was told okay. Then while I’m waiting they tell me they don’t have ingredients. Okay not a problem to be upset about. However, what bothered me completely was when my bowls were given to me by another worker, and I was challenged about the vinaigrettes. I understand she may have been confused if she wasn’t privy to the conversation with the other worker, but what bothered me was her attitude and dismissiveness. She begrudgingly gave me 1, and when I asked her for the second, she said no just 1. I told her I had 2 bowls and had asked for two from the start. Mind you, what I’m asking for is minimal compared to the inconvenience imparted my way, and yall acting like I asked for a third bowl! I don’t even know why they charge for vinaigrette to begin with! Other locations don’t do that. I told the original worker to just ring me up for the second vinaigrette because I was ready to go. Then she started barking and having an attitude once again. This time was because I vocalized how I was very patient and the whole staff was inconsiderate. And all of a sudden IM RUDE? Excuse me?! Now if that wasn’t enough, my two bowls are completely wrong. Terrible location with terrible food, 0 accountability, workers have nasty attitudes, they are confused and don’t give a care, and customer service is terrible. Do better for other people because y'all don’t have to worry about me.

  This place is a mess. Looks unsanitary. Food on the floor, stains on wall, no hair Nets, didn't have guacamole, no fajitas no steak. Thumbs. No thanks
