When I go to pick up the pizza they just tell me they haven't even started on my order, can't give me a time estimate and are fairly rude about the entire situation. Their online ordering system is fairly busted and if they can't come close to the set time they shouldn't accept online orders or at least not send emails saying your order is ready.

The bread/crust was undone and doughy. Spoke with the manager and he said that he was not aware of the problem but I could have brought it back and they would have remade it! However since I was not aware that it was not cooked through until I was home in Belleville and not able to return. I tried eating with a fork but was to undone so just ate the topping. First hint that I should have questioned was ordered at 8:18 pm and my pickup was 8:32pm so cook time would have been around 10 minutes.
