Every time there is something wrong, i know its stressful working in a kitchen but ive worked customer service literally my whole life and there is no excuse for this. Let alone waiting in line for over an hour.

Not only that, but once I got up to the speaker they told me “one moment” like I didn’t just wait an hour in the line already. In the nicest way possible, the employees need to know how to correctly do their job. If I were them, I would’ve let them go and found people who actually appreciate their job. I’m hoping they don’t hire younger teenagers for this job. Other than that, the ice cream isn’t bad it’s self, and same with the food.
