The customer service here is far from pleasant; I often feel rushed and unwelcome. Every time I order a Caramel Macchiato, I’m asked to pull to the side, which adds unnecessary waiting time. Moreover, the quality of the drinks leaves much to be desired. They tend to taste weak and sometimes lack the flavor I expect from such a popular drink. I hope the management takes note of these issues, as I would love to see improvements in both service and drink quality.
