  I waited in the car hop for over a half hour just to get a chicken sandwich combo. When my food eventually arrived, my tater tots were ice cold and my drink that I asked for little ice, was mainly ice. I didn't want to complain then and there because this whole thing made me late coming back from my lunch break.

  Got off work at 10 PM ordered a grilled cheese on the app said it was ready by 10:10. I got over there checked in two minutes later it said my order was on its way. Sat there for another 20 minutes never once did my food come out, so I pushed the button and set even longer still, no one even acknowledge.. If you don’t have the employees to Work during the evening then you shouldn’t be open that late at night will be contacting the general manager

  45 minutes (from parked to driving off) for a shake, 2 sodas, a slushy, 3 pc chicken tenders, and 4 pc mozzarella sticks. on a mobile order, ordered 10 minutes ahead of time. hit the call button at 30 min and they LAUGHED and said they were understaffed and they were still waiting on one food item. by the time everything was brought out, shake and slushy were melted and the ice was halfway melted in the sodas and the food was all cold. so what were they waiting on lol

  The fries were inedible. Old enough to vote, overcooked, like leather. They should have never left the store.
