  I ordered a bagel, was supposed to be toasted, and it was not toasted. The young lady who took my order had an attitude! She asked if I wanted my bagel toasted and I did not get it toasted. When I asked for another one, it took over 20 minutes to get one Bagel. Once I received it, it was so nasty. It wasn’t toasted again, but I had to get back to work so I just left. I will not be eating here again. Whoever management is should talk to your cashiers who take orders. Have a positive smile on your face and at least pretend that you want to be at work thank you.

  My mother fell in the bathroom after we were done eating. The ambulance had to be called to get her up and she was taken to the hospital. The staff were wonderful. Sarah went and got a sweatshirt to put under her head while we waited for help. The manager on duty stayed in the bathroom with her the entire time. I appreciate how kind and caring the staff were.

  Do not bother ordering to go food, half the time it will be sold out when you get there. The 20 minute drive thru wait time is a blast, But dont worry the unapologetic manager will make sure you get your refund 3 days later after driving 30 minutes out of the way to pick up the food you already ordered and paid for.

  We were pretty disappointed with the “bagels” we received from this Panera restaurant. They did not look, taste, nor have the texture of a bagel. They were perhaps more like a badly made burger bun? Truly unpleasant to eat. All 6 bagels were the same.
