I placed an order for baked potatoes and was informed after 10 minutes of waiting that their baked potato oven was down. The solution was to sub the potatoes for baconator fries. After waiting for almost an hour, I requested a refund. Kayden showed up with a poor attitude, provided a partial refund, and got upset when I provided proof that the refund amount was inaccurate. She refused to provide her name or contact information for someone over her. She told me to Google it and went to the back. A coworker provided me with her name. This was the first and last time I will patronize this location.
