I was upset at my boyfriend and we were arguing at the window yeah I was in the wrong for being emotional but all I did was ask again because it’s ridiculous that they can’t change one ingredient to my tacos to make them so I actually would want them. Honestly it’s just rude. She then accused me of yelling at her said she would do it and then she just didn’t??? Like girl what was the point. U didn’t cuss at her or demand anything all I asked is there any way at all. Not only that but they forgot a nacho cheese cup and had no cinnamon twists. Just ridiculous. After this I don’t know if I will be back to Taco Bell for a long while. Very disappointed. Again insulted no one and was just very frustrated they refused to change a single ingredient

Got there and ended up waiting an extra 15 minutes until order completion. Im on lunch and my time is limited. Had i known it would have taken that long i would have made another decision for lunch. Someone should update the app to reflect accurate wait times so customers can make informed decisions about what to do with their money and time.
