I pulled out of the drive through after an already pleasant experience— and found out that I had REALLY stale fries. Like I’m a person who can make it work, and am 27 years old and have returned food maybe 3 times - but these fries were BAD. The lady was super understanding and brought me fresh fries extra cheese & upgraded my size. What could have been another “fast food experience” turned into a memorable moment. Good job to the crew there & thanks for serving me again!
