    At one time this was one of the better McDonald's. It's pretty much typical now. The food is standard McDonald's fare. The service is slow. You are able to order and pay at the counter if you prefer not to use the Kiosk.

    Ordered a double biscuit and gravy platter meal. Received a normal biscuit and gravy. Manager asked me to bring food back in to exchange it, as if I wanted half of my food cold by the time I went there and came back. I came into the store to ask for my receipt because I did not receive one. The manager was extremely hostile and rude, saying that I was going to have to wait a long time for my receipt. Staff are extremely rude and unhelpful. Rather than just giving me a biscuit and gravy to make up for their mistake, I had to wait 10+ minutes for someone to figure out how to print a receipt. The manager Michelle was very rude and unhelpful, actively talking trash behind the food counter, saying how i was going to have to wait a long time. Terrible service

    The food doesn’t taste like it used to anymore. The buns were so hard. The food is bland. I got me a Mc rib and it was so chewy. I stopped going out to eat.

    If you want to order McDonald’s in Marion, THIS is the location you should go to. They always have relatively fast service even when they have cars wrapped around the building. They’re pretty much always nice in the drive through and if you order curbside they’re still pretty fast. Never had an issue with missing food or rude service from this one.
