  They didn’t get the order right we told them tossed crust didn’t get it right didn’t have much topping and cheesy bread was flat

  When I walked in to pick up my pizza it became apparant that the APP had messed up as it ordered the wrong pizza, I eat gluten free only so there is ZERO chance I purposefully ordered a gluten containing pizza. The young white, male employee, "Joe", walked away from me when I asked for a refund or a different pizza. That's honestly all I said, I wasn't hateful I wasn't mean, I just said if I cant get a new pizza then I'd like a refund. He simply turned and walked away. It was the most utterly disrespectful act I've ever seen an employee of a company make towards a customer. The APP wasn't functioning properly, I could not press the "let them know your here" button either as it was still malfunctioning. When I told Joe this it must have been too much for him. I wonder if your employee, Joe, knows how your company gains money in order to pay his paycheck that he seems to not try to earn? I won't ever go back, as a mother of a grown son I would be so very ashamed to know that my son had zero manners the way your employee Joe does, as a business owner myself i would fire him immediately if I found he treated one of my customers like this. Women deserve to be treated with the same respect as any man, especially when they are spending money to support your business. I will also add that the young black man who actually DID help me deserves a raise, I failed to get his name as by that time I was almost in tears.

  Ordered there about 45min before they close. One guy working. Jonathan. Food and service was amazing. Super polite. Will definitely order from there again. Keep up the great work
