    Not even a 1. We stop every weekend on a Saturday and it's always the same thing. Same order as a walk-in. They always get it wrong! They don't care for their customers and they have no customer service skills. Not even acknowledge you are there. Each time we have to go back to get the order fixed. What is this? Whomever franchises this place should check on these employees. No more! Lost us!

    Absolutely horrible customer service. We waited several minutes in line to order. Then we waited 7 minutes to get to the window. The car in front of us gave back their coffee several times. When we finally got to the window we waited again before someone opened the window. Then he couldn't find the order. Another 5 minutes go by, the guy comes back and asked for the order again. By this time I am like forget it and left. Good thing I don't live close by here

    Horrible customer service and always getting my order wrong. I waited for this place to open forever and what a disappointment. Skip the whole city of Marengo and save yourself some time and money.
