  I usually don’t make reviews on places but I think I need to do it today I go to any other Dunkin store and my donuts are always fine and I come to Marengo I get a donut and all the frosting is melted off and so I’m basically left with just dough.

  I usually steer away from making a bad review, but I think this time it is deserved. They didn't make our order the way we asked and paid for. Usually if this happens anywhere else, the place usually rectifies it and all is well. However, when I called to ask what can be done about it, the girl belittled me and refused to help. She stated to me several times that what I am asking is basically ridiculous and who cares. Didn't apologize, didn't offer any possible way to rectify it, didn't care. She also stated they don't charge tax, which is hilarious. Just complained to me in an aggressive, dismissive way that she makes minimum wage and she just works there. I explained to her that I am being very nice and respectful to her about the situation and just looking for them to make it right since we paid for something we didn't get. She stated she couldn't help me and that I can just go on the website and take the survey. I stated again that I just want it made right right now so we both didn't have to go thru extra steps; she refused to help. I also explained that my husband asked for the receipt and never received one (he thought they put it in the bag); she basically stated that he is lying because they give a receipt to every customer. I understand mistakes happen, we are all human; I understand she is a young girl, but she needs more training on how to provide customer service. This specific Dunkin repeatedly makes mistakes to basic orders, but usually makes it right...this time it wasn't. I'm tired of coming to this location due to always making normal menu items wrong or missing items I paid for. All we have is the sticker on the bag that shows our correct order and an email to their corporate that we have made. What a mess, would've been easier for them just to make it right.

  I don’t know where this Dunkin has such bad reviews. I come here all the time in the morning, especially weekends and I’m in and out through the drive-through I had maybe two times last year that they messed up on my drink. But the second time they did it, they remade it and it tasted how I wanted it to taste like which everyone makes mistakes. But other than that, they made my drink the way I want it the way I asked for every single time and they are really nice people.

  Terrible, they are out of donuts at 4:30 pm with the exception of a couple of chocolate frosted and the donuts that cost more. 👇

  Not even a 1. We stop every weekend on a Saturday and it's always the same thing. Same order as a walk-in. They always get it wrong! They don't care for their customers and they have no customer service skills. Not even acknowledge you are there. Each time we have to go back to get the order fixed. What is this? Whomever franchises this place should check on these employees. No more! Lost us!
