  This location completely disregards customers that come inside. After waiting over 5 min for any acknowledgement, my husband finally asked if anyone was going to help him. The worker then proceeded to pack the donuts in an insane way and literally threw them on the counter. Won’t be going back to this location again. Rather drive farther to New Lenox or anywhere else to be honest.

  By far the slowest service at any location. The best part was the young girl arguing with me because I said I had waited 10 minutes for a hot coffee and the guy behind me had been served first she told me to make my coffee at home from now on.

  Takes a lot for me to write a review. Today was the tipping point after a YEAR of BAD service. Three walk in customers walked right out after being ignored by all staff for 10 min waiting to place an order. I really don’t know how this location stays in business with service like this. The woman was slamming coffees around like she was personally offended to be busy. I try to give businesses grace, but I’m done with this location.

  its almost a game to me to see when will they make an order correct, every time something is messed up, pay $7 for a coffee or drink thats not made correct is wild, it says on the receipt , and i dont order anything crazy

  How the hell someone can mess up someone order?? I ordered 2 large latte and 1 raisin bagel w/ cream cheese on the side and received 2 large coffee and a bagel egg/bacon cheese sandwich.w/ cream cheese.paid $12.48 and they don’t give you or offer a receipt. Wake up people it was 12:45 pm now these day people just don’t care what they doing just collecting a paycheck to give poor service!!
