  Came In today for lunch ordered two sandwhiches and a small fry 20 minutes goes by still nothing after 30 minutes finally got my meal leave and find out I only got one piece of meat in each sandwhich and wasn’t even wrapped do better!!! Like do yall know how to tie your shoes? Or does mommy and daddy do it for you

  For the second time in a row, I got a quarter pounder (1st one was a deluxe) and the burger was raw.

  I received what I ordered and it was all hot. Everyone was friendly I went through the drive thru. I ordered a hamburger extra pickle & a sm fri. It was as it should be.

  The next time I went, they made things really confusing. They told me I couldn’t get the spicy chicken option with the $5 meal deal, and then said I couldn’t order the sandwich at all. But when I went to the front window and got a regular and we asked again and the person there said I could get the spicy even after we just paid for the regular. It even showed on the display, which made it even more confusing, so corporate ended up being called. The other time before this I asked for a plain spicy crispy sandwich which was also in a meal and I asked for no lettuce or mayo and they put a crap load on it when there was supposed to be nothing on it. There have also been times they have forgot 2 sandwiches and fry’s in the bag when we had a family gathering which was disappointing cause it was basically an entire meal. I get people have rough days but it’s every visit we go something gets messed up which is aggravating. Also People that I know have worked there previously and said the way stuff was managed was toxic, basically what I’m saying is you all need to do better.
