  In Macomb ILL at the west McDonalds today April 11th around 10:20 A. M I went inside and ordered a steak egg and cheese bagel meal and with 2 sausage egg and cheese burritos with a large coffee and received a sausage egg and cheese biscuit , 2 sausage egg and cheese burritos with a small coffee. The clerk but she said this was her first day on cash register because she was having difficulty locating items on the screen when I made my order. I waited over 25 min to get my order when I looked at my receipt while I was waiting then I saw the clerks mistake . I was on a schedule so I had to leave so I just told the employee that gave me my food about the error but I had to go I couldn't wait any longer . The food was good but I couldn't wast to have it redone . It looked liked there was no system working and very much behind in orders , I don't if they were short handed or what ?

  Never did get our drinks...hot chocolate and a latte as they had no milk. No one even came to tell us that...we finally asked a worker. I asked for a refund for both and they only refunded one drink. You can do better than that.

  It's a mcdonalds, so the food is average mcdonalds food. The problem that I have is something is ALWAYS broken and their online ordering system NEVER blocks the items. I called to double check they had an item, they said yes, I placed my mobile order, and come to find out I was lied to over the phone. I will be making the drive across town every morning now, this is ridiculous.

  Top tier one of the worst McDonalds ever!!! Both of them in Macomb! Service is absolutely terrible! I went in to order food and ask a question about the happy meal toys and the girl working the front counter wanted to mean mug me and act like I was bothering her and then when she turned the corner I could hear her say something about “got this girl up here bothering me about some toys”. Whoever she is needs to taken off the front counter and put in the kitchen where she doesn’t work with anyone or anything but the food. Attitude for absolutely no reason. And on top of the attitudes by most of them, every time I go to this McDonalds not only is the wait time ridiculous the food usually wrong as well.

  So here's the deal: I don't normally leave reviews (ESPECIALLY bad ones). I'm a very understand person in regards to people doing me a service. HOWEVER. In the time I have been in Macomb, this mcdonalds has been HORRABLE. Only about half of the crew is kind in any shape or form. Which I could honestly forgive IF there weren't other issues. You're either gonna get your food right away and it's cold, or you're going to be waiting in the drive through anywhere from 20 mins TO AN HOUR and you WILL be missing things. And that's only IF they don't lose your order first. Like I said, I try to be understanding to businesses doing me a service; bad days happen and such. But it is EVERY SINGLE TIME that I am either missing something or my food is so cold I can just straight up tell that it was just sitting there for a while OR they just straight up lose my order. I've heard similar from friends and honestly? I would say to just avoid this mcdonalds at all costs. The wait for fast food is just simply not worth it, and the quality is honestly almost NEVER worth the wait or the cost (even though it's just mcdonalds).
