  Isabella was honestly the highlight of our visit to Jimmy John’s on Saturday night! She deserves a raise! She was working super hard when we walked in, helped us pick out sandwiches, and was incredibly patient while answering all of our questions. She was so friendly, and my friend and I were really impressed with her positive attitude, especially after working a double. Great atmosphere and great food!

  I recently visited a standard Jimmy John’s location, and overall, I would rate the experience as a solid 3.5 out of 5. The restaurant delivered exactly what I expected: quick service, decent sandwiches, and a casual environment that’s perfect for a grab-and-go lunch. The ordering process was fast and efficient. The staff members were polite, though not overly engaging—they kept things moving, which is ideal if you’re in a rush. My sandwich, a Turkey Tom, was fresh and neatly assembled. The bread had a nice texture, soft on the inside with a bit of chew, and the vegetables were crisp. The meats and cheese were portioned well, though the flavors were pretty basic and not particularly remarkable. The dining area was clean but plain, giving off the typical minimalist vibe you see in most Jimmy John’s locations. It’s functional, but nothing about it feels cozy or inviting for a long meal. One thing I did appreciate was how fast the food came out; true to their reputation, I had my sandwich in under three minutes after ordering. Overall, Jimmy John’s is reliable for a no-frills lunch that’s fresh, consistent, and quick. If you’re looking for a gourmet or unique sandwich experience, this isn’t the place. But if you need something predictable, fast, and reasonably satisfying, this average Jimmy John’s location does the job just fine. I’d recommend it if you’re in the mood for convenience over culinary creativity.

  Waited over an hour for my delivery. Called the store after an hour and was then told that my order had been switched to Uber Eats and that the driver had just picked up my order. That was the whole reason I wanted to order here because they always had fast delivery but not anymore. Probably won’t be ordering for a while

  Walked in nothing. Stood there, nothing. 4 employees behind the counter, one in the lobby filling chips. Still nothing. Waited a few minutes and still nothing. Took my business elsewhere. I get this is Macomb. But we don't have to show Macomb shitty service compared to other locations around the country. Horrible experience as far as the "Jimmy John's standard" is concerned
