  Ordered a Fillet O Fish with extra tartar sauce, unfortunately when I got home it had no tartar sauce so we called and asked if we could get it remade. Got home with our new bag and they were so kind to put two sandwiches in the bag. Wanted to make sure they got the good review they deserve as most McDonalds locations disappoint me.

  So here's the deal: I don't normally leave reviews (ESPECIALLY bad ones). I'm a very understand person in regards to people doing me a service. HOWEVER. In the time I have been in Macomb, this mcdonalds has been HORRABLE. Only about half of the crew is kind in any shape or form. Which I could honestly forgive IF there weren't other issues. You're either gonna get your food right away and it's cold, or you're going to be waiting in the drive through anywhere from 20 mins TO AN HOUR and you WILL be missing things. And that's only IF they don't lose your order first. Like I said, I try to be understanding to businesses doing me a service; bad days happen and such. But it is EVERY SINGLE TIME that I am either missing something or my food is so cold I can just straight up tell that it was just sitting there for a while OR they just straight up lose my order. I've heard similar from friends and honestly? I would say to just avoid this mcdonalds at all costs. The wait for fast food is just simply not worth it, and the quality is honestly almost NEVER worth the wait or the cost (even though it's just mcdonalds).

  Their McCafe machine was down. I appreciated that Megan made me a mock mocha out of a cup of regular coffee.

  Tonight's evening shift manager really shouldn't deal with customers. I waited almost twenty minutes for my hot chocolate. I had to call back twice to the three or four people working to get someone to come to the counter because I wanted to pay, get my chocolate and go. The shift manager came reluctantly to the counter like I was bothering her. I told her I'd been waiting fifteen to twenty minutes for my hot chocolate and I asked about the delay. She mumbled something about not seeing it and having other things to do. There were maybe two other people in the lobby and a couple cars in the parking lot. And three or four people working. There was more to it, but I'm just getting madder, and I plan to call her manager tomorrow anyway. PS - I don't know what it is about.Mcdonald's west , but I've had a dozen or more bad experiences there since I moved here.

  It's okay nothing super special service is very slow most of the time but at least it's quiet inside
