  Walked in nothing. Stood there, nothing. 4 employees behind the counter, one in the lobby filling chips. Still nothing. Waited a few minutes and still nothing. Took my business elsewhere. I get this is Macomb. But we don't have to show Macomb shitty service compared to other locations around the country. Horrible experience as far as the "Jimmy John's standard" is concerned

  Terrible management have been waiting on a call back from the manager for two weeks for a refund. Now they say they have no order in their system. The manger was rude and did nothing to correct the problem & hung up the phone on me 😂😂 what a joke.

  Food was good however the bread was really hard! ( you could play baseball with it ). Placed a phone call, the lady whom answered the phone said they have had complaints on the bread being dry, its not dry its just rock hard. She said to place a complaint through doordash… I don’t see how its doordashes fault considering they don’t make the bread nor the sandwich they just deliver it…

  I ordered the roast beef cheddar. They put so much horseradish on it that I could stand it. I had to scrape off the horseradish the lettuce, the tomato completely ruining the sandwich. This is the second time I've been there both times. I was unhappy. Making a stressful bad day, even worse.
