  I don't know what's going on with this particular restaurant .. The place was filthy, the floors and back area were disgusting. Loud rap music or something playing loudly, very loudly. I asked for chipotle sauce, and she just said, *no, we out*.. Nice. She didn't even pause to look for it.. Never again Will I come to this one. The one on Riverside is so clean and they have very nice employees, and the food is good and they don't run out of chipotle sauce.. I mean, isn't that the name of the restaurant? I'd be very worried if I were the owner of this place.

  Went in and had to wait for steak for a burrito bowl. After waiting over 10 minutes for the steak, they act like it comes out of their pay. Hardly put any on it and when asked to put a little more on, the girl put about 3 small pieces. They were out of brown rice, so had to settle for white. The 2nd bowl was barbacoa and it was so fatty I threw away most of it. For the price, you DO NOT get what you pay for!!!!

  Three times I have online ordered and asked for and paid for double steak. Each time they charge me for it and put not even a full scoop on. Tried to give the benefit of the doubt tried fourth time and this time there is less than half a scoop. This is the first negative review I’ve ever given but this location is ripping people off intentionally. Save your money and go to restaurant that gives you what you pay for.

  Every time I go to this location there is something wrong with the food or I encounter rude staff. This week I received brown guacamole. I asked for a new side but all of the guacamole they had was brown. What was on display was even darker than the guacamole I had! When I asked for a refund they said that they could not give a refund since I ordered through the app. I’ve contacted customer support through the app and still have not heard back. If I do not hear back from customer support I will not be eating chipotle again. And I certainly will not ever be ordering from this location again. It is worth the drive to go to the Loves Park location. The photo I have attached does not show how dark and slimy this guacamole truly was because of the lighting. But you can still tell that it is discolored. This guacamole was not edible at all. If I would have eaten this I would have definitely gotten sick. Thank goodness I ordered it on the side. They should not be allowed to sell guacamole that has gone bad. I worry for the people who did not order on the side, and ate this! This is sickening.

  If you are ordering more than one or two items, its very difficult to keep everything straight. Staff is preparing food in a production line, but you're still at the beginning of the line giving rice choices. I had desired ingredients missing because of the confusion of trying to order 3 different bowls at the same time.
