They barely put any sauce on the wings; I could've just asked for sauce on the side if my wings are going to be that dry. Today I went in (it was busy bc of the Bears/Packers game so I'll give them that) and the staff up front were just complaining about the customers. I finally get my food & my fries are visibly old like they've been sitting a while so I politely ask for fresh fries because the ones I got looked old. They bring back my fries & you can tell they just redipped what was in the container and just gave me back the same exact fries I had!! This location used to be the better location but Machesney is just going downhill overall.

Servers are too concerned about socializing with one another and complaining about patrons than doing their job. Food all over multiple tables, multiple tables not cleared as well. We had finished our food and waited 20 minutes for our bill. Servers came over once the entire time to check on us, and they were not busy at all.
