  The restaurant and tables was very dirty, we had to wait until somebody could help cleaning the tables, the entire place had trash all over while majority of the employee's didn't even cared about it

  Believe everything you read in these negative reviews and spare yourself some aggravation. The girl with the glasses was so unbelievably rude and nasty. And why is she picking up like a half a scoop of chicken and then putting some of it back?? The floors and tables were filthy. Also there wasnt any ice. Why is it so hard for this location to get some decent help when other locations in the area are great?

  This location has really gone downhill. Last two times the food I got was inedible. Literally cant eat it bc its unsafe. This time the brown rice had a ridiculous amount of salt in it, like 10 times what it usually does. I had someone else taste it and they agreed its inedible and unsafe. When you order for pick up, you will get very little meat compared to going inside. I was given 3 small chunks of barbacoa and one of them was ALL fat. They gave me a credit for the bowl to use within 30 days but that doesnt solve the issue of whoever is cooking for them wasn't trained properly or just doesnt care. Sucks bc this Chipotle was a good place until like maybe the last yr or 6 Mos.

  A friend and I met at the MP Chipotle yesterday (3/28) around 12:15 for lunch. Never again at this location. The female employee with glasses was practically unhinged. While working on another customer's bowl, she tried to insert herself into the conversation my friend and I were having and was completely confrontational, asking “What did you say? Are you talking to me?" repeatedly. No, we're not talking to you. We're not even looking at you and you're not waiting on us at this moment. It was the behavior of someone who is not used to dealing with the public. After that awkwardness, she gave me a noticeably small portion of protein. Whatever. I didn't say anything about it. Apparently she was so worried about the conversation that didn't include her and making sure she shorted my portion that she then gave the wrong info about which bowl had which protein to the next person on the line. Protein that we didn't order was written on our bowl covers, and she was annoyed with us when we asked what was in which bowl. Her response? “Well what do you want me to do? It was a misTAKE!” So you know you made a mistake and want me to tell you how to correct it? Meanwhile, the poor employee labeling the bowls looked completely flustered—we felt bad for him. With all the weirdness going on, no one asked me if I wanted any extras and I had to ask the guy at the register for chips and queso. He had the thousand-yard stare of someone who has seen this mess before. He was the most pleasant and competent of the group. Bonus: in between harassing customers, providing miniscule portions, and messing up orders, she was also rude to the delivery drivers when she told them there were no to-go orders. "There's no way!" she yelled to them. Nobody is safe with her around. Perhaps if she spent more time doing her job and less time mistreating customers, the restaurant could honor its online orders. It doesn't seem that front-of-house (or any role that interacts with humans) is the best fit for her. We won't be back.

  when this specific location had a bogo from 3-4 pm a few weeks back they made sure to make every customer in line was taken care of even after the deadline, along with that they have amazing service and hospitality, a clean atmosphere, and delicious food. absolutely my favorite location.
