  I honestly wish I could give zero stars. The service here was unbelievably bad, and our server Lina made the entire experience worse. From the moment we were seated, she had a rude attitude and acted like helping us was a huge inconvenience. It took forever just to get our drinks, and when the food finally came out it was barely warm. What really stood out was the lack of basic customer service. Lina barely checked on us, seemed annoyed whenever we asked for anything, and overall made us feel like we were bothering her just by being there. A simple friendly attitude would have gone a long way, but instead we got eye rolls and slow service. She rang the order up wrong and put a drop of liquor in my margarita. Going out to eat is supposed to be enjoyable, but this visit was frustrating from start to finish. Between the long waits, poor service, and the way we were treated, I definitely won’t be coming back. Management seriously needs to address the customer service here, especially with servers like Lina representing the restaurant.

  Very bad service. They gave me a table and I waited 25 minutes for them to come and serve me, and they never came.

  We went here as a group of 6. They had plenty of staff as there wasn’t many customers. They sat us at a dirty table that was only big enough for 4 and put us right next to the only other people. They pulled 2 chairs up instead of sitting us at a clean table meant for 6. Then they messed up all our drinks. I got a veggie burger and it was ice cold in the middle and burnt on the outside. The fries were old and dried out and cold. The staff had attitude. I wouldn’t go back unless you’re just getting drinks or alone. It seems like they can’t handle medium sized groups.

  Eli was great, went above and beyond for me and my friend to make our experience great! Food was good and atmosphere was even better!

  I did order through DoorDash, but now the time I called DoorDash to fix it one other ones that made a halfway sandwich it was terrible quality
