  hey 😔😔 i tried to get hickory smoked bbq boneless wings and chicken tenders but they were wrong :( and I got sweet tea and it was DOCTOR PEPPER . i don’t like popppp :( i was so sad and i called and they were so rude about it they told me they would remake it and for me to come pick it up. They eventually cut the phones off where I couldn’t contact them about my order anymore Then I payed 15 dollars to uber there just for them to mess up the order again and not included items. I came back and was crying for hours I did not eat anything today :(

  Won't be back to this location. Ordered wings last night (paid extra for all flats) Chicken was not done at all and selection of pieces was horrible. 3 of my wings had claws coming out of them. Eeeyuck...wasted my money because I couldn't even eat them.

  HORRIBLE customer service!! I called to place a order it rings for 15 min and someone hangs up. I called right back and a male answers, I told him I would like to place order he says I couldnt and to call back in a half hr or hr couldnt make out which one and as I continued to speak to him, he just hangs up! I was almost to wingstop when I was calling. I go inside and asked a younger male why he would hang up on a customer he says he didnt he goes and get a older male name Zach, who says he was the one who answered the phone and is a manager nameZach, he was very rude in person as well didnt come to the counter and wasnt mature at all cant believe he is a manager how he was acting. I would like whoever is above him at this location to respond back.. He needs further training 101 class of customer service!! I will take my money else where going forward.

  Can’t say how the food was because I didn’t get the chance to eat it. They put some guy named Romans food into my bag. So not only did I not get a single thing I actually ordered, I got something I’d never eat. Wasted my time and my money. The people who work here should really pay attention to make sure the receipt on the bag matches with the food going in. They messed up two peoples order because they couldn’t take the time to read and make sure what they were doing was correct.
