Other stores should sit up and take notice!!!

- DSDave SJan 14, 20265.0I really like this Panera location! Great employees and service! Of course the soup, salads, sandwiches, and coffee are excellent as,Panera is known for. This place needs a fireplace though and maybe a remodel, but it's still much better than the new 'express' one up on Riverside. That one is very small inside, hard, uncomfortable seating, cold, hard floors, and a limited menu. Horrible idea by Panera, a new type of store design that I absolutely hate!! This older design on Perryville is decent though.
- SESandy EasleyJan 3, 20262.0I had a horrible experience at this location. Ordered soup, latte, cookie. It took 25 minutes. Zero customer service(I've never experienced anything like it. They refused to wait on customers standing in line). Order was wrong. But, the worst thing was when they asked me to fill out a survey detailing my experience. I got an immediate response apologizing and asking for my address so they could "make it right". I gave them my address, they sent me nothing, lol. Why did you bother reaching out? I was just going to let it go, lmao.
