The service has gone down hill really really fast nobody should have to wait 15 minutes for fast food was late getting back to work because of this i was the 3rd car in line definitely will not be going back to the loves park il location....GOOD LUCK

What a foolish family franchise buys this restaurant, hikes up prices and the food quality and serving size doesn't change the poor wait times and lines still stay ...... I will not come back here or any of their other branches especially if all I want is a large coke in a hurry ..... this family ia way too greedy and prices being raised on some items almost double thats crazy......

Very very very rude drive through lady, yelled at the person in front of me and myself and flipped me the bird as I left the line at her window. Customer service sucks so not getting my business.

Numerous times in last 6 months have had to wait extended times, once was told not serving food only drinks. Typically always in the early am. I am now traveling to another location 5 minutes away, and have had excellent and quick service. I could understand once or twice but this seems to be a recurring issue at this location. Looking at other reviews it seems to be an ongoing issue with no resolutions for the customers. I will continue to travel to the other location as they seem to have their business in order. Revised: it seems like all you get is a canned response stating they want your feedback from the "owner" however multiple reviews have the same reply. This shows that the issues are not and will not be addressed as there are multiple reviews for the same problems for months on end.
