  Placed an online order for 4 sandwiches, drinks, and sides. When the order arrived we were missing chips and 3 of the 4 sandwiches had green marker that they used to label the sandwiches all over the lunch meat and cheese. This was noticed by one of us when sandwich was almost completely eaten. They refused to replace all of the sandwiches and only replaced 2 that had not been eaten off of. I've worked in restaurants for 15 years and have never seen such terrible customer service. Will not be returning to this location.

  Ordered an un-which(sandwich no bread) for an allergy got home and its was a normal sandwich with bread. If ur looking for someplace to go with allergies do not go here this is unacceptable; and pure stupidity if u work with food and someone says an order for an allergy it needs to be made right. I will not be coming back here with my family and would not recommend this place. This is ridiculous and beyond okay.

  My Turkey Tom has 1 thin slice of meat and my daughters Beach club ha NO meat. The bottom of our bread is stale & hard. I probably won't be back here any time soon.

  The food was ok, but the staff’s behavior was appalling. I witnessed a manager and another employee mocking a gentleman with special needs who was simply making small talk. This is completely unacceptable. Sadly, this isn’t my first negative encounter with this same manager. I won’t be returning.
